Domestic Shipping Info
All orders ship via the selected service you request at checkout, but exceptions are occasionally made that cause us to utilize another mail carrier service. You will receive a tracking number upon order shipment with the appropriate shipping carrier.
If you live in an area that is high traffic with the potential of package theft, keep an eye on your tracking numbers. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
If your delivery attendant leaves a note for you to pick up your package at a specified location, and you do not do so within the allotted time, the package will be returned to sender. You are responsible for paying to ship it back to you, or we will refund you without refunding shipping costs.
We try to repurpose shipping materials as often as possible. We mostly pack with paper, but occasionally we use biodegradable peanuts (reused from a suppliers). If you see bubbles, foam and other plastic packaging, it has been reused from a package we received from a supplier. We encourage you to save & reuse all packaging from online orders!
