2020 Holiday Update
USPS is experiencing Historic Delays. If your item is stuck at a USPS facility, please submit a missing mail inquiry with USPS at this link:
5th Dimension is not offering refunds for items stuck in transit. We are not offering refunds for orders that do not arrive by a certain date. 5th Dimension does not make any guarantees about delivery dates.
We will evaluate mail order issues on a case by case basis, only if USPS or another mail carrier confirms that your package is not able to be retrieved or is permanently lost.
Domestic & International
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are not offering International shipping until further notice. Please contact us directly if you are international and would like to inquire about shipping to your country.
All orders ship via the selected service you request at checkout, but exceptions are occasionally made if there are nationwide delays causing us to utilize another mail carrier service. You will receive a tracking number upon order shipment.
If you live in an area that is high traffic with the potential of package theft, leave a note at checkout for signature confirmation. If you do not write a note for signature confirmation on your package, postage marks the package delivered, and it is not there, we are not responsible. Signature confirmation costs us an additional $2.65 an order, but replacing an entire order costs us much more.
If your delivery attendant leaves a note for you to pick up your package at a specified location, and you do not do so within the allotted time, the package will be returned to sender. You are responsible for paying to ship it back to you, or we will refund you without refunding shipping costs.
We try to repurpose shipping materials as often as possible. If you see bubbles, foam and other plastic packaging, it has been reused from a package we received from a supplier. We encourage you to save & reuse all packaging from online orders!

All orders ship between Tuesday-Thursdays 9-5 CST from Louisiana. Orders can take up to 5 days to process. Processing may take longer during holiday seasons.
